The breakfast was sumptuous with several local dishes, and the main bar was a plus. The service offered was VERY GOOD, the room was well-equipped and beautifully decorated with a bath as well as views over the countryside.

The historic ambiance of the hotel enhanced my experience, complemented by a warm and friendly reception. Meals were quite enjoyable, although some dishes lacked a bit of flair. Parking logistics could be tricky, but the convenience of walking around Olite makes up for it.

We loved the visit to the Castle de Olite.. It was amazing, the best we have ever viewed. The restoration has been excellent. It is a magnificent piece of history and an absolute pleasure to view. The staff at the Parador were very helpful and pleasant, unlike Cardona!

It is a beatiful setting with Parador hotel being part fo an old castle.
Just to be informed before hand as where to park the car would have been useful but we were informed by the staff on arrival . Parking was outside the castle wall area which was few minutes walk.

The service and the staff was excellent and paid attention to every detail to make our stay very comfortable. We would like to thank especially Samuel for everything.
While the overall castle environment and atmosphere is nice, the rooms might need to be refurbished.

great location , but the dining lacked flair
The hotel is situated on a central square. The comfortable bed and quiet room allowed for a restful stay. The reception staff were friendly and multilingual. They enhanced our experience. Along with that, I appreciated the hotel's charming historical architecture that added to the ambiance of my stay.
The dining experience was acceptable but didn't leave a lasting impression.

My steak was improperly cooked and the waitress was adamant about rectifying the situation even though she got the order wrong.

We have stayed at this parador two times now. It is a beautiful hotel. The castle is amazing and well maintained. The hotel itself is authentic in it's appearance, decor, etc. Love this place.
